Personalized Care

Providing in home care for a loved one can be physically and emotionally taxing. At Piedmont Home Care, we pride ourselves on stepping in to provide the necessary support so your family can get back to being a family.

Honest. Caring. Dependable.

When you choose Piedmont Home Care to help take care of your loved one, you can be assured we will provide the best care possible while safely allowing your loved one independence, allowing the family to have quality time together without worry. All of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Aides, but more than that, they are honest, trustworthy people who have a passion to help others. When we make the right match between the caregiver and the client, a bond forms and the level of personalized care grows as the relationship deepens.

We Make it Personal

Every person is different, and every health issue is different. We enter each caregiver/client relationship by first conducting an in-home assessment and consulting with the client’s physician and family, and then creating a personalized plan of care created by our Director of Nursing. Everything is customized specifically for your loved one, to give them the best possible care.

We also realize that a client’s needs will change, over the course of months, sometimes within days. For every client, regular re-assessments are scheduled, usually around every 60 to 90 days, but more often if the client’s needs change. We pride ourselves on our flexibility based on your loved ones needs.  We are able to increase or decrease the amount of time we are in the home as your loved one improves from a knee surgery, progresses in their diagnosis of dementia, or struggles with the increasing feebleness of old age. Consistency of care is also important to us, as we know the benefits of having the same caregivers coming into your home, building strong, stable relationships. Overall, our goal is always to provide safe, caring conditions while encouraging independence and challenging our clients to continue to live as full a life as possible in their current situation.
