Need more resources? You want the very best care for your loved one, but sometimes it can be hard to know where to turn, but don’t live in the area.
Here is a list of organizations we work with and trust:
Senior Services Adult Daycare
The Elizabeth and Tab Williams Adult Day Center provides a safe, caring environment for adults who need daily supervision, socialization and assistance with the activities of daily living. A calendar for May outlines the center’s plans for the month. The Williams Center is a practical and appealing program for older adults who need specialized care but want to continue living in their own homes or community setting for as long as possible.
The Shepherd’s Center

The Shepherd’s Center of Greater Winston-Salem is an interfaith ministry that promotes and supports successful aging by providing direct services, volunteer opportunities, and enrichment programs for older adults.
The ACE Unit at The Sticht Center, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital
The Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) Unit is the first of its kind in North Carolina and one of only a few in the country. This unit is designed to treat older adults with acute medical problems requiring hospital admission. The ACE Unit, under the medical direction of Julie Williams, M.D., is a 16-bed facility for elderly patients who are hospitalized with acute illnesses and complex needs. The nurse manager is Kim Stanbery, MSN, RN, OCN.
